Getting Started
To make an appointment, simply call the office at (360) 653-0374 during office hours. When the office is closed, leave a message for your therapist or the reception desk (ext 101). We will return your call as soon as possible. We can usually make room for new clients, and initial appointments will be reserved as quickly as schedule allows. If there is an urgent need for an immediate appointment or an emergency, our office staff will try to schedule an appointment the same day.
All services are by appointment only.
Fountaingate's front office hours for scheduling and billing are:
Monday through Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 2:00pm
Note: Many therapists do schedule appts. before and after the front office is open/closed.
Insurance
Fountaingate does cover a wide range of approved insurance providers. Click for a comprehensive list. If you are not sure of your insurance benefits, very often you can find out by calling the member service number on the back of your card. If you are still uncertain and need further assistance in determining your insurance benefits, you may call our insurance specialists to help you with your benefit quote.
Our full-time insurance billing specialists will be able to work with you before, during, and after your time of treatment. You can reach the billing specialist for a specific provider at the following extensions:

No Insurance
If you are without insurance, you can, of course become a cash paying client. These rates depend upon the therapists and the kind of treatment you are seeking. For traditional counseling, our rates are $200 for an initial consultation and $150 for follow-up sessions. We do accept a limited number of patients on a lower sliding scale basis due to economic necessity. You can speak to our office manager about our sliding scale fees.
NOTE: We do not offer sliding scale fees for the following services: psych or court ordered evaluations, Drug/alcohol evaluations, or for prescription services/medication management.
