Getting Started

To make an appointment, simply call the office at (360) 653-0374 during office hours. When the office is closed, leave a message for your therapist or the receptionist. We will return your call as soon as possible. We can usually make room for new clients, and initial appointments will be scheduled as quickly as possible. If there is an urgent need for an immediate appointment or an emergency, our office staff will try to schedule an appointment the same day.

All services are by appointment only.

Fountaingate's office hours are:

Monday through Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
